Effective nonlocal kernels on reaction–diffusion networks

چکیده

A new method to derive an essential integral kernel from any given reaction–diffusion network is proposed. Any describing metabolites or signals with arbitrary many factors can be reduced a single simpler system of integro-differential equations called “effective equation” including the (called kernel”) in convolution type. As one typical example, Mexican hat shaped theoretically derived two component activator-inhibitor systems. It also shown that three quite different appearance systems effective equation kernel. means have essentially same and they exhibit spatial temporal patterns. Thus, we identify understanding unified concept through kernels. Other applications this are given: Applications pigment patterns on skins (two long range interaction) waves differentiation proneural waves) visual brains (four interaction). In applications, observe reproduction as those appearing pre-existing models numerical simulations equations.
